Buy somewhere else. These guys are the pits! Sent an email before I made the order to confirm the order wouldn't be charged/shipped until everything was in stock. Big waste of time.
Made order on the 3/26th, Two items, one in stock the other not in stock. I checked a small box that says -hold order until all items are in stock. (Right!) The first item is worthless with out the second. 4/1 the item in stock arrives at my door. A $10 item with another $10 shipping fee charged to my credit card. The item I must have to use this one is still on back order and has been pushed back another week on the estimated arrival.
I have been charged shipping for the second item. Yes, even though they haven't shipped it, nor expecting to ship it in the next week at best!

I called their so called customer service. After explaining the problem I got no response.
Nothing. After trying to explain a few more times I asked if I was just screwed, he agreed that I was screwed.
I was charged and the one item shipped to force me to not cancel the back ordered item. Remember, I have paid the shipping. I return the one item I have or keep it and I'm stuck with the $10 shipping for both items even if only the one was shipped. That item was shipped first class mail for, I'd guess $1 or less. That's their version of customer service.

Once they had my money they DID NOT give a crap about what they did or if I liked it or not!!! Nor if it had anything to do with what I asked for!

Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere. Pay an extra $2.
Regardless of anything else NEVER order anything on BACK ORDER!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever spoken to. Oh, they'll talk to you. They are happy to tell you you're screwed.

I'd bet these guys sell used cars on the side! Under handed, back stabbing, sales tactics!

This will be my last Antec case unless they change for the better today.
Bought an Overture case. The Power supply died. After weeks of dealing with Antec, I got the new one. No SATA connectors. No SATA connectors means the PS is worthless to me. And why did it not have these connectors? The box it came in had a sicker saying "SATA ready". I called them this time. Instead of sending the right PS, they want to send "adaptors". Ever tried hidding cables in an overture case? That's what I need, more wire.
All this may seem minor, but, The PS died 6 weeks ago, The overture hasn't worked since. I'm still waiting on those "adaptors". I haven't heard anything out of them since last week.
I'm going to call once more then call it a leason and buy from another company.

Update
Antec called. To shorten this, I could have gotten the right power supply if I was willing to wait 1 to 2 more weeks. I passed. Had the adaptors shipped instead. They did arrive but I think I'll pick another manufacturer next time.

Here is my experience with coast to coast.
Order dimm. Paid $31 , with free shipping.
To make this short
Item returned, I was aware of the 15% restock. However I don't know where they went to school but I don't think $12.20 is 15% of $31.
You can also take into account the cost to return the item. UPS $6.00
Contacted via Email and phone to be told shipping was deducted at $6.95...HUH?
Back to short.
Finally, through the credit card I got the $6.95 back. The experience still cost me about $11.25.
But I am much smarter now! There is no chance in (insert any and all four letter derogatory words here) these people will never get any of my money again.
Lesson learned!

DVD media order. Everything went fine. Order arrived as expected with one exception. Packaging wasn't great. Cracked and splintered DVD cake boxes due to packaging.

I bought an NEC ND5500A 4X DVD+-RW burner from Ewiz. After a couple of weeks trying to make it work I found out the drive was only for the master IDE channel. My notebook bay is as most, the slave on the pri IDE channel. It took 6 hours to burn a 4X disk.
I tried to tell Ewiz the trouble and retrun the drive. Only way to get an RMA is by FAX. I left my PC fax on for a week with no respnse of any kind. Went to Email with the same results. 5 weeks for far and nothing from Ewiz.
Don't buy here, once they get your money they are done with you!!!
