It was hard to see it unless you held it just right, but despite the good price, I didn\u0027t want to risk it getting bigger, so I called Customer service and requested a replacement. They issued an RMA and shipping label right away, but only refunded my money instead of shipping a new unit. Fortunately, I found the same unit again, but $5 cheaper, when I received that one, it appeared to have never been used, just opened up and the UPC code cut off, so while the site is not perfect, the free return shipping made it very hassle free, and ultimately I got what I wanted.<br><br>It\u0027s too bad they don\u0027t offer this service in store, as it would eliminate much of the problems as you could inspect it on site.<br><br>Overall, I liked the site enough to place an additional order for a 2nd phone. We\u0027ll see how that one turns out. I don\u0027t know how they do it, but I\u0027ve made about 20 purchases from them and have been pretty pleased. Occasionally you may get something that is pretty cheaply made, but you get what you pay for, right... <br><br>Only one time did something not arrive, and they were quick to assist me with filing a claim with their carrier and refunded me promptly.
