Went on their website and used their live help and asked the rep what the status of my order was and he said someone else would call me that day with status. That never happened. A few days later I emailed them and never heard back. Got back on live help and same thing happened. 2-3 weeks from when I placed the order my item arrived. Item was shipped USPS, not the Fedex home delivery which was the cheapest shipping item. This is rediculous given the fact I paid $17.06 for shipping and they ship it USPS with a stated shipping cost of $9.
