Do Not buy item from NCIX if they are offering any discounts/savings. NICX IS SELLING DEFECTIVE products at a discount. They are not willing to do an exchange or refund without applying the 15% re-stocking fee. I now have to pay for shipping which will cost more than the $100 discount :( It seems that they are pulling a fast one on their customers

There is no restocking fees of 15% if you get your goods at another store IN RICHMOND, BC, and they even give customers 25% of the difference as a price match.

THIS IS NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS WITH RETURN CUSTOMERS.
