Was told order would arrive (a gift card) on 5\/18 or 5\/19. Today is 5\/20, 4 days after the order, and I receive an email stating the order was never shipped because they were worried about fraud of having a different shipping address from the credit card billing address. HUH?? It took these people four days to tell me they didn\u0027t ship my order?? HUH?? My son\u0027s birthday has now passed. I cancelled my order and told them of how crappy their customer service is.
