I called Drillspot to return and they told me Rule handles all returns because it was used. I bought it brand new. DrillSpot told me because I used it once they will not replace it. I call Rule and they don\u0027t answer their phone or return my phone calls. When I finally got in touch with Rule they told me my new pump wouldn\u0027t arrive for 3 weeks!
