I found the miniDV tape I was looking for. I'm a compulsive saver so I checked other sites to see that the price I was paying was reasonable. Of course it was the least expensive of all and I recieved the tapes 1 to 2 days later. It was exactly what I was looking for, no delays, and as always paid exactly what was stated. I have competitors call me, email me, generally hound me for the business but the best they can do is match the price. I explain each time that matching an advertised price doesn't cut it since I'm buying from a great company that I can count on and if they match TapeandMedia.com's price, it's not good enough. I always go with the one that had the price advertised, not the one that matches the price, and I know they couldn't beat your service. Your company is the best at what they do and I'm not looking for a new partner that will most likely let me down. You never let me down. Great products, great prices, The best service around. The replacement toner drum has worked just fine. The price was great and it seems to work as well as the original equipment at half the price so a big Thank you for helping us save money in our operations at the Center for Media Productions here at the U of Iowa. You are one of my best suppliers and this is why I continually come back and purchase products from you again and again for work and home.
