I had an extremely hard time getting an RMA processed. I wanted to exchange my case for another one. They claimed that the case I was returning was damaged (even though I had used it less than a day). I know for a fact it was not damaged through use; I barely used it. They only would provide a store credit. Still, I eventually got the credit, so I guess things are ok.
