Fast service, clean equipment, everything delivered as requested in a timely manner. Very happy with this seller. I did have misgivings about this company due to the two prior comments.

Added 8/21: barebones & UPS shipped USPS which saved me a bunch on shipping. Fast response.

Excellent prices, fast shipping. I can usually count on receiving my order within 2 business days. Fast and honorable handling of problems and defective items.

Ordered a DVD+R along with some other parts. Other parts arrive and I find that the DVD+R has been backordered. Call in to cancel that backorder (I never authorize backorders and state law requires notification of and acceptance of backorders). Two days later the drive arrives. I call in for an RMA. It takes a week to get one and I ship the drive back at my expense. It takes another MONTH to get the credit posted and it only happens after I tell them I'm going to turn it over to the CC company for resolution. They did not credit me shipping in either diretion, even though it was their error.

I had been a customer for years and I will think a dozen times before buying anything from them again.

Excellent place to find outdated parts. Wide variety of cables and adapters for platforms whose mfg may be long gone but they are still humming.

It can take them a while to get things from Texas to California. I have purchased a couple hundred dollars or equipment from them and find that things are in the best condition of any of the bulk liquidators. I have been very happy with their computer systems being in the condition advertised. I wish they'd ship UPS as they seem to deliver to my location faster than FedEx.

Good place for hard to find stuff. They are very much the liquidator, with some items having heavy wear. One discount case was in such bad shape I threw it away (too expensive to return).

Note that if you can show that the vendor is in error by printing e-mail, descriptions, etc., you can get the CC company to back you on getting the restocking fee and shipping back.

These people are unreliable. On 5/3 placed order. Wee of 5/10 sent e-mail asking where order was. No answer. Started sending saily e-mail to all their addresses and finally got an answer. Said it would be shipped on 5/21. E-mailed on Wednesday asking for tracking number. Got a reply that it hadn't shipped. Sent e-mail telling them if it did not arrive by Friday at no additional cost, the order was cancelled and that I would refuse any package arriving after that date. Got e-mail late Friday afternoon that the package had been shipped. or rather the label printed through UPS. Decided to keep the items and to NEVER do business with them again.

Great service, selection and prices. The first place I look.

Unlike some of the "dissatisfied" posts here, I have made over a hundred orders and spent thousands of dollars with these guys and found them to be a rock solid company. I have had defective items, which is going to happen with any liquidator, and they had no problem accepting a return/exchange at no cost to me except the cost of shipping back the defective (which is standard in the liquidator industry).

In the one case where they shipped the wrong product, they refunded everything, including the original shipping and even issued the UPS tag to return the incorrect item. They have even waived the restocking fee on items where I could have been blamed for the need to return. It helps to take store credit on a return to avoid the restocking fee.

Technical support is a bit weak. RMA can take a couple of days to get. There seems to be a rash of things that don't work. My most recent DVD drive is DOA. I had something similar from another vendor, so its probably a problem with the refurb suppliers.

I have done business with them for 5 years and found them to be up front, honest, responsive (except when backlogged) and a good value (you get what you pay for and large experienced staffs cost a lot). I don't like having to pay shipping both ways for a defective product, but they make this clear up front and its something all the liquidators do.
