07/19/12 UPDATE: After posting the below comment I received a call from Maurice at customer service for Buydig.com. He was able to address my concerns and informed me that my TV was received today and will be processed for shipping today or tomorrow and that I should receive the unit some time next week. I was unaware that the unit was not in stock when I ordered it but I was made aware that it is clearly stated on their web-site that additional processing time is needed. I made my payment through Amazon payments and it was explained that that was why my credit card was charged so soon, without the unit being shipped yet. Overall I would say that I am satisfied with the response of the customer service at Buydig.com and that my initial displeasure has been abated.

I ordered a 55" Panasonic Plasma with this retailer on July 13th, it is now July 19th and I still have not received a tracking number on the order, because it has not shipped yet. They charged my credit card rather quickly though. They had the lowest price I could find for this TV, but their processing is very slow and I'm not sure the slightly lower price on the TV was worth the extra long wait. At this point I have no idea when to expect my order but I'm starting to wish that I went with Amazon or Newegg and paid a little bit more for their much better processing times.

I placed my order for an Are-51 5550 on April 4th prior to reading some of these negative reviews as I had not yet heard of this site before. Well my estimated ship date is April 14th, I am writing this on April 10th and my order just entered phase 4 of 14. I'm a little nervous now, but I will update this message as my experience progresses.//UPDATE// It is now April 14th my computer just entered phase 9 from phase 4. I had e-mailed customer service on the 11th and got a response on the 13th advising me that my system was about to enter phase 9 and usualy ships 5 days after entereing this phase. Prior to receiving the e-mail on the 13th I called the customer service on the 12th and was not impressed with the person I spoke to. He could not give me an estimated ship date and didn't make me feel very confident that they know what they are doing over there. Now I am just praying that the end of this review turns out great and I can keep my very satisfied rating.//UPDATE I received my computer on 4-19. It is a beautiful, (and huge), unit, very fast and well built. I could not be happier with my purchase. Fantastic. Great store, even though their order status update system was inaccurate, it still shipped close to the original ship date.
