Update.
Read the response from cooldrives below my post.It is Full of lies, but serves as a fine example of the shopping experience at cooldrives.com...aweful and unprofessional.
(this is my original post/review)
"I was cursed by a customer rep for submitting a trouble ticket to find out the status of my order. According to cooldrives.com I am an idiot who does not read the checkout page...they forget my order was 650.00 so I have the right to be a dumb customer. After that whole mess, they requested my item to be shipped back to sender without notifying me or refunding my money...scam artists. they also go by qualitycables.com"

“As posted on our site our policy is required to be read prior to order
placement (we even require customer to select a checkbox stating they have
read our policy). This customer did not do so nor did he read the BOLD print
that stated we are 2-3 days behind on order processing.
Two days later he sent in EMERGENCY e-mails(tech tickets) wanting to know why the hell we
did not ship his $650 hard earned dollar order and he is the boss and he
spent the money and he wants it NOW (spamming our tech system with 20+
ticket numbers).
Yes this customer is an IDIOT and should not shop with us as we clearly
discourage IDIOTS from being RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and SELF-SERVING.
Our policy is what joins us together with a customer. If a customer does not respect our
policy we will not respect him as a customer (it is only logical). Some
IDIOTS think that just because they are spending money it entitles them to
be RUDE to our employees, defraud our company, post false claims online, and slander our reputation. After all, we are people and customers too.
This type of behavior is NOT WELCOME (it is stated on our site that if
you do not like our policy 'please go away', I do not know how much clearer we can make it).
This IDIOT of a customer also posted on other sites that he is blind and did
not read any information on our site, I am totally lost how this person can
survive in this world lying to everyone.
We are in business since 1997 and we can claim without any doubts that there
are just as many SCAM customers that are trying to defraud merchants as
there are bad merchants. No doubt we have failed some customers but simply put "Not all customers can be helped". ”
