BEWARE!!! I ordered a product from here because they were one place that listed it as IN STOCK. That should have been a red flag but it seemed to be valid. A week and a half later I get a generic order cancellation notice and it said to see below as to the reasons why your order was canceled. Among the 5 or 6 choices, there was an "X" next to "item not in stock". This was a gift and now it's too late to find it somewhere else. What really upsets me is not only the fact they listed it as in stock when they knew it wasn't but that it took them A WEEK AND A HALF to tell me they didn't actually have it. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND YOU WILL WANT TO THINK TWICE ABOUT SHOPPING HERE.

WOW!!! I heard about this place from my brother who searched the internet for an ipod adapter and speaker and found your electronic warehouse to have EXCELLENT SHIPPING and PRICING and told me to check them out for my new receiver that I was looking for. I called about the one I wanted and the manufacturer was nearing the end on production, but they offered an alternative that was quite a bit more expensive (retail) but not so much when they gave me their pricing. I thought about it for a day and called back and was actually able to get in touch with the same person (located in the USA) as the day before. Both times they were very friendly and helpful. My item had to be ordered from the manufacturer and they told me to expect it to ship on the 15th. On the 15th, I got an email saying it shipped and then looked closer and saw it shipped on the 14th and would arrive on the 15th!! That's right, NEXT DAY SHIPPING and that was included in the price of the receiver, and that price beat ANY internet place by a minimum of $500! These guys are great! They sell authorized product at a great price with GREAT SERVICE. you can't go wrong here.

AVOID ACQUABEAUTYSUPPLY.COM at all costs!!!! I placed an order on May 13 and then didn't hear a thing until I got a "payment received" email a week later. I couldn't believe it took so long just to update it to that. So I emailed about the status of my order, no response. Tried again, no response. Tried to call their number, no answer or just a "busy" signal. Then I tried one last time (another week later) and told them if I didn't hear from them in 72 hours I was going to refuse the charges. Well, of course no response so my credit card company went through the whole process and credited my account. Just today JUNE 9 (remember the order was placed May 13th!) I received an email that my two items of hair conditioner were shipped!!! WHAT? I mean it took almost a month to ship after it listed them as in stock and also after my credit card refused the charges! Also, when I clicked on the transaction on my credit cards website, it listed the Acqua Beauty Supply name and then under it "hair supplies, fireworks, headstones, grave supplies, and more" Grave supplies?? Well, if you are dumb enough to order anything from here, you might as well order a headstone because by the time you get your order, you'll need one. BEWARE OF ACQUA BEAUTY SUPPLY!! Obviously a one man, drop ship, run from a trailer operation.

AVOID! All items I ordered said "available". After waiting over a week and still having my order in the "processing" stage, I called them. I was put on hold for a long time and told they were waiting for two more items to come in. When I asked why it said they were "available" I was told that means either they have it or they are waiting for a local vendor to provide it. It was over a week and their "local vendor" still didn't have it. I cancelled my order and we'll see if they still try to charge me.
