These guys are a bunch of crooks. I ordered a Canon Powershot S40 and some accessories (high-pressure sales), then, in a fit of buyer's remorse, did a Google search of this site and others and saw the terrible track record they have. I called back and spoke with "Benjamin," who assured me that the person "responsible" for the poor ratings here had been dismissed and that I was indeed going to get the "in-stock" American version. I call back five days later and find out that my order was "in processing" and that they were fresh out of cameras but that I could get the European version (sans battery, CF, cables, warranty, and box) for $20 cheaper. Needless to say I cancelled the order. Don't believe their crap like I did, these guys are bait-and-switch scum. I'll be reporting this outfit to the state AG as well.
