They charge you for items you didn\u0027t agree to pay for, don\u0027t send items you ordered, ignore e-mails and refuse requests for return authorizations even when called then day you recieve the product. Roy(ext 772) is possibly the most rude customer service representative I\u0027ve ever worked with. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacted my attorney.
