DO NOT ORDER BOOKS FROM THIS COMPANY! They are horrible. Not only do you wait and wait and wait to hear from them regarding your order, but when you call customer service they "transfer" you everywhere else but to the right person in order to get your issue resolved. They use their algorithm of "Sorry to hear about your problem" or "Let me transfer you to a supervisor" only to get hung up on. They do business with some really shady companies as well. After we ordered a set of books for the SECOND time (due to the fact that the first seller sold the books I had bought)I had paid expedited shipping and 2 days later I heard nothing from the seller, marketplace or textbook.com. So we called textbook.com they transferred us to market place who then told us it's a sellers issue and as we tried to get a hold of the seller we couldn't because we didn't have a calling card. They weren't even IN COUNTRY!!! So after 2 hours of phone calls and being on hold and getting transferred and retransferred we told them we would like to cancel the order. They said they couldn't because they already shipped. So needless to say I was pissed and told them that I would be returning the books as soon as they got here. Hopefully we get the refund. 300 bucks is a lot of money. The kicker is that after all of this we magically got an email from marketplace with a tracking number. Well, I won't even accept the package and UPS can ship it back at the cost of the seller and then they can give me my money back. I'd rather pay an extra 20 bucks for my books at a local bookstore and know that I'm getting what I ordered when I ordered them. Sorry for the rant!
