I ordered a Bel RX65 from them and never got an invoice or a email confirmation and they wouldn't return my call. They did however charge my credit card. I protested the charge and after my credit card company got involved I received the merchandise still without an invoice or a packing slip that should have provided an invoice. They were the least expensive but not worth the hassle. I would gladly pay more elsewhere to deal with a reputable company. My advice is to shop elsewhere. Sometimes saving $10.00 on a $200+ piece of electronics is not worth the angst.
