The books are not in perfect condition obviously (they are used) but they are still in very good condition. I had actually put in the wrong shipping address and did not notice until after I placed the order. I emailed them and the very next morning they had replied and corrected my shipping address. I placed two orders, one day apart, and received both orders six days later. Not only does this site offer affordable books, but it is for a good cause. I'm not sure what happened with the previous reviews, but I had an excellent experience with BWB and encourage anyone to give them a try. Most books also had free shipping and I actually found a coupon online that gave me a 10% discount if I bought 2 or more books.
