I placed an order with them on January 5th for an HP Touchpad that was listed as in stock on their website. Five days later and still no tracking number, I called customer support was told that they oversold the item and that my order is now back-ordered for SEVEN WEEKS. The only option I was given was to cancel my order - no discount or compensation offered for waiting on a continually devaluing piece of technology. This will be my last experience with this company.
