I have always been happy with eBags until recently. I made a purchase which I returned to them. I received an email confirming they had processed my return on 1/4/12 and that I should receive a credit shortly. When I inquired 5 days ago where my credit was, I was told someone would contact me within 2-3 business days. I have heard nothing. I posted on their Facebook page about my problem. They promptly removed it even though there was nothing offensive about it. So, I guess unless you say something nice on their Facebook page, they'll remove it. I now have to dispute this charge with my credit card company andx will not be doing business with eBags in the future.
