I placed my order on line which was the lowest price I had found this camera, and was very excited ,only to get an e-mail telling me I needed to call to confirm the order which I did. This was so they could talk me into more items when I declined I was rudely told this was a gray market camera(no where does it say this on the web site)and the monitor language was in Japanese so I would not be able to read things.The guy kept insisting he was just going to cancel my order with out giving me a chance to respond so I just told him to cancel and I hung up.
