Lenovo is the WORST computer vendor I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with all of them! In fact, I have never dealt with any company that literally lies, cheats, and does everything it can to make sure that they do not have to honor their warranty. They will tell you whatever sounds good to sell you their computers, but then afterwards, they come up will all kinds of excuses to not spend any time or money repairing their computers. I paid an extra $400 for the 2 year extended warranty which expires in 2013, with Priority NBD(Next Business Day) support, but their technicians know nothing. The only thing they know, is that they have to charge me to fix the computer after 5 minutes of false diagnosing and then they want me to pay to have the computer repaired while still under warranty. One technician even offered me a discount because I had been made so frustrated. I have had problems with Dell, Toshiba, Apple, and every other computer brand, because no one is perfect, but I swear on my life, Lenovo is the most corrupt, dishonest, cheating, lying, thieving, incompetent company I have ever dealt with in my life. I would never have bought anything from them had I known what a collectively CORRUPT COMPANY THEY ARE. Thank God there are several other computer companies to choose from.
