I ordered a Hooker Credenza but after 5 days I attempted to cancel. I received a response that my order had shipped. It was due on 5 June but it was delayed until 10 June. It arrived early on 10 June and in superb shape. Although delayed I was kept in the loop the whole way. I decided to purchase the same product again, especially because of her and Paul's (her manager) persistence and courteous service. Additionally the price was $300.00 cheaper than my normal stores, Adorama or B&H. The product finally came in and it was brand new. It was from a 5D Mark III\/EF 24-105 Kit. <br><br>I feel they should divulge this information to the customer so they know they are getting a separated kit because some people want to get exactly what they purchase so they can have the original packaging. However, I am not one of those people and I am ecstatic with my camera.<br><br>I took some photos and I am glad I have a new product for less money and with excellent service.<br><br>If you order from this company be prepared to wait if the product is not in stock. There are many companies in New York that bait and switch, this isn't one of those companies. The wait was well worth it. <br><br>I will buy from them again. I ordered a Canon 16-35mm and and Manfrotto 055XPROB black tripod w\/808RC4 pan head and it came in almost perfect. The tripod leg was slightly scratched from the leg hitting the center piece but I was amazed at the quality for the price I paid. The lens is typical Canon quality and the picture are breathtaking. Although I was a member of Newegg I checked to see what dealings others had with Newegg. The reviews overall was admirable. I ordered and my order was declined by my CC company because I had not ever ordered something this expensive from this company. Called my CC company and cleared it up. Went online and chatted with a customer care rep who told me to go back to the order which I did and re-verified and the order went through and was completed. This may seem normal to some but I have not had such an easy transaction that was handled so swift and professional. “You placed an order with us using BillMeLater. After your order was placed you contacted our customer service department requesting to modify your order. As our representative explained, we are not able to change orders once they have been approved by BillMeLater, per the BillMeLater agreement. Our representative offered to cancel this order and place a new order. You decided to decline this offer and instead requested that your order be canceled. Which is exactly what our customer service agent did; per your request. I’m not certain how that falls in “lackadaisical customer service”.”
