“You placed an order with us using BillMeLater. After your order was placed you contacted our customer service department requesting to modify your order. As our representative explained, we are not able to change orders once they have been approved by BillMeLater, per the BillMeLater agreement. Our representative offered to cancel this order and place a new order. You decided to decline this offer and instead requested that your order be canceled. Which is exactly what our customer service agent did; per your request. I’m not certain how that falls in “lackadaisical customer service”.”
