“I purchased an item for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I placed the order on 12/16 to make sure that the item would arrive on time, even though the web site stated I had until 12/21 in order to get it in time for Christmas. The item didn't arrive on time. When I hadn't received my order by Saturday (Christmas Eve) morning, I called customer service the rep assured me that if I didn't get my order by end of day I would get a refund.
A month of run-around later, Sports Authority renegged on their own promotion claiming the item was not eligible. When told that the website stated the item was eligible, they say they can't be responsible for what the website said. Very poor customer service, won't be shopping with this company again.”
“Ordered an Antec 600SX case from them. Was emailed confirmation right away. Found out that the item was not currently in stock but received great customer service and the rep went out of his way to inform me as soon as the time is shipped. Shipping was a little slow but overall a great experience and a great price.”
