AWFUL! AVOID! What a terrible customer service experience. I placed an order yesterday for a camera accessory. Today, I logged onto their site to check the status of my order and saw a notice that the order had been cancelled. I called customer service to find out why the order was cancelled. The customer service representative who took my call was rude, degrading and accusatory. When I asked why the order was cancelled she said the manufacturer discontinued it. So, I asked why it was still showing as being in stock on their website. She cut me off to they had called me after I placed the order yesterday to tell me they couldn't fulfill it. Why would I be calling you to ask what happened if someone called me? When I said no one called me, she responded she wasn't going to argue with me, but that someone called me yesterday to tell me. Excuse me? I told her I understood mistakes happen and an apology would go a long way. She carried on, repeating multiple times that I was wrong and they had called me. When I finally said I was really disappointed in the customer service she was providing and asked her name, she responded, "too bad" and hung up on me. Class act.

UPDATE TO COMPANY RESPONSE: Ambient, WOW, once again, with the dishonesty.
- I just combed through my account to confirm, you did NOT send an email telling me my order was cancelled.
- You DID refund the charge.

“I am very sorry you had a bad experience. But the customer service. The item was out of stock which occurs from time to time. We do send email alerts when this occurs and the account is immediately refunded. I see this is what occured. We do not place follow up calls, and if she stated this, it was incorrect and I apologize for that.
However, there are two sides to the story, and I did review the call transcript. She did attempt to transfer you to supervisor (she did not hang up, and no one stated "too bad" as you stated).”
