Dispointed, fall short in warranty. I bought an Omega Seamaster midsize in June, 2011. On Friday, August 3rd of 2012, while trying to adjust time zone on in a flight, the crown came off.
This morning, I called to find out about warranty coverage. The answer was "we do not do repair for external damage." What kind of warranty is that, internal only?
My next watch will be from an authentic dealer for sure.
