I have been working with Dell computers for 11 years and most of the repairs have been while the computers were under warranty so it did not necessitate my fixing any of them. Recently my wife's laptop hinges broke and the laptop was not under warranty. I did a search on the web and found Parts People. What a great website! I ordered the hinges and they were in excellent shape as promised and fit perfectly. I really appreciated the videos. I will definitely recommend your website to all my fellow co-workers, friends and family. Keep up the good work! I have several old laptops I am probably going to refurbish and will be purchasing more parts from Parts People in the near future.
