I have had the same problem as these recent posts. I ordered on 9/20 and it is now 9/29 and my order still has not arrived and can't be tracked by UPS. They charged my credit card quickly and I have left an e-mail and a voicemail and have not heard back from anyone. This is very frustrating. If your system is really that screwed up then you should stop taking orders immediately until you get your system back together. It's just common courtesy not to take someone's money if you aren't prepared to ship their product in a timely manner. I have bought from system-mods on 3 past occasions and never had a problem so I am very dissapointed.
