I purchased LCD monitor as an Anniversary gift which had to be delivered within 7 days. Two days after I placed my order, it still had not shipped so I contacted Customer Service. They informed me that they only had one unit left in stock and it was damaged so the delay was because they were trying to get another one from their supplier. Next day still no shipment. Monarch advised me that the manufacturer was discontinuing that particular LCD and after checking multiple suppliers no more were available. Monarch suggested several other LCD monitors so that I might pick an alternative. I picked another LCD and Monarch paid for upgraded shipping to insure that it arrived by the Anniversary date. This is my third purchase with Monarch and they consistently 'go the extra mile' to insure customer satisfaction. My previous interactions with Monarch Tech Support have been positive experiences as well.
