“Dear rchan11,
So sorry to hear the bad situation.
Could you please follow the next steps to have a try?
Install information:
Take out curtain and cut the middle cloth strap to let the two panels curtains separate
Take out two magnet. Push each one through the side of the panel curtains ( the side without printed little flowers has a hole to push in)
Then take out and separate the strap ( we call it magnetic strap )
Push each magnetic strap into the side of the panel ( put the wide side of magnetic strap out )
Fixing the two panels with drawing pins ( make sure the middle is a little bit higher, so that the two magnetic straps can naturally shut under the influence of gravitational attraction )
At last, fixed the decoration cloth at the top of the two panels
