DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND WEEKS OF FRUSTRATION TO NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT OR A REFUND. I purchased two digital cameras from this store for immediate shipment more than a month ago. After several calls, promises, and confirmation emails that my order was shipped, it never arrived. Digital Delivered never provided a Fedex number and finally told me they did not have the items in stock so it could not be shipped. The online invoice does not even match the pricing for my order which was attributed to "computer problems" at their offices. Alan Markus (General Manager) authorized a refund last week however I have yet to receive it. I am now forced to initiate a Fraud Investigation with American Express as well as a formal complaint with the BBB.
