I ordered 4 items from Outdoor Distributors website on Aug 21-09. Got the standard confirmation email of order and stating all items back ordered. Credit card charged ~$85 for one item. I tried to call them Sept 7 to check status, just busy signal all day. Sent email Sept 8 inquiring about order and what was wrong with their phone lines. Stephanie replied to my email on Sept 16 and said to allow a couple more days. Finally got someone on phone Oct 13, said would be another week, inquired as to why my CC was charged, she said standard practice as noted on their web site - couldnt find it. Ordered items from Amazon.com-mowtown on Nov 3-09 rec'd them Nov 9-09. Cancelled OD order by email on Nov-3-09. Just rec'd Nov CC statement, OD charged for rest of my order on Oct 14-09. Going to call my CC company in AM (Nov 16) and try to do a chargeback or at least file a complaint. Will never do business with OD again! I suggest no one else do business with them either.
