    “Avoid this company. They practice deceptive marketing techniques. Their site allows you to add a gift along with a promotion code however once you place the order, they will remove the gift and still charge you for the order. The food is mediocre to add insult to injury. I would save your money and buy elsewhere. ”

    “This site is a scam. They advertise merchandise they do not have to obtain credit card information then mysterious charges show up. Avoid at all costs.”

    “Their prices seem reasonable and the site has a good layout. However, as the other review mentioned, they have banners promoting offers. After the items I ordered had already shipped, I was then sent an email that the promotional free razor was being canceled without any reason. I am still waiting to hear back from there customer service to find out what will be done about this. ”

    “I ordered a plant for my mother for Christmas. She called to let me know it had arrived wilted and was dead 2 days later. When I informed FTD, they told me the only thing they could do was offer a coupon towards a future purchase. They do not stand behind their plants or their guarantee. ”

    “After placing an order, I get an email the next day having my order cancelled because they are now sold out. This site should not place orders for inventory they do not have in the first place. Very poor site and service. Avoid them.”

    “Very slow shipping and very rude service. I had to cancel the order due to huge delays in processing. Trust the other reviews here and spend your money with a reputable company. Do not make the same mistake I did.

    Update: After I cancelled my order, Lee continually harrassed me and made personal threats. Not surprisingly, no refund was issued and mysterious charges appeared on my card after this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Check out their BBB report. I am not the only one who has had these problems. I have filed a report with the FBI in regards to Lee due to his threats againt me.

    Update: I have email proof of all of the above claims. Be very wary of doing business with a company that would post blatant lies on a public forum that potential customers are reading. Their lack of integrity speaks volumes and can easily be confirmed with a quick google search. Spend a few minutes researching and save yourself major headaches. ”

    “After 1 week, the order still had not shipped. When I inquired about the status, I was told by several people it would take 3 days or more to get the status. I then asked to cancel the order. I was told I cannot cancel because the item is in stock. I asked if it is in stock, why is it taking so long to ship. Response: You will need to wait 3 days for an answer. Poorest service around.”
