“After researching and selecting an item from the website I received an email notifying me "...the item you ordered is not available: due to an error?in our website's update process it was shown as being available when it was not."
I responded asking "Is the website up to date now or might I run into the same problem...again?"
The answer I got was "We have about 60,000 items listed on the website and I expect that 99.999 percent are correct. If you see something else that you want, let me know and I can make sure that we have it."
Lacking a clear yes or no answer and seeing the request that I should check with them to see if items are in stock I spent my money elsewhere.”
