horrible customer service, they just ignore you. flash was delivered late and i wanted a s/h refubd cause i paid for faster service. they won't answer my tickets so they will get 10 tickets a day until they do answer and give me money back.

Scammers. Advertised very low price on TV that wasn't in stock. They never planned to ship in the first place. It was an attempt to get your personal info so they can spam you.

This is one piece of crap company. I order 2 32GB flash drives on 10/29/08 and the website site says it was in stock. Later, they claim it was on backorder and that my order would still be valid. Now, they say my order is canceled and if I want to reorder it is more than double the price for each one. Freaking crooks w/ their bait and switch tactics.

Don't buy from this company. They don't stand behind their products. I bought ink cartridges from them but I don't print that much and now when I try installing the cartridges, I see that they were manufactured incorrectly but this seller refuses to even exchange them. Fine, now they have this glowing review(sarcasm) along w/ a BBB, FTC, and CA attorney general complaint file against them. Bunch of losers. Don't buy from this crappy company that doesn't stand behind their products like Newegg and Chiefvalue.

EDIT:
It don't matter that it been 15months since the purchase. The fact of the matter is you guys sold me 26 ink cartridges and they are all defective. It is not my fault that I ran out of ink now and now I find out. Who the hell would know if they're defective if you don't try them out. They're ink cartridges, you won't know until you run out of ink. Besides, the ink cartridges state that they are good until 2009 or 2010 but are useless b/c they were made incorrectly for the printer that was specified. I know you guys like to rip people off so that's fine.

These guys are a bunch of losers. I order some stuff and now today I get an email that it's not available and they're only gonna ship a portion of my order and not my whole order. Yet, w/ their s/h prices the only way to save money w/ them to order multiple items and now they are cancelling some items from my order. Yet, a look at their website at this very moment still shows the items in stock. Bunch of scammers and losers. Don't buy from these idiots.

This absolutely the worst company to deal with. Placed order for Verbatim 100pk DVD+R. They accept the order and then 5min late cancel the order for no particular reason and raises the price by 500%. As you can see from their rating, don't bother doing business w/ them and they definitely do not believe in customer service.

These crooks cancelled my order for no reason but they still charged my credit card the money. I had to call a couple of time before they finally refunded my money but 2 wks later. Don't deal w/ any company that charges you before they ship the item. Sure sign of an unethical business.

These people are a bunch of losers. DVD player was shipped not in double box but in retail box. They didn't ship my Christmas music cd or my 25 cdrs. I called them up and now they are gonna ship but after Christmas--oh yeah, yippee, I get a Christmas Music CD after Christmas. It'll straight in the trash if it arrives at all. Time to file complaint w/ BBB, FTC, and Attorney General if they don't ship my items ASAP. Don't buy from these losers.

These guys suck. Horrible purchase experience. I placed order on 6/5/2004 for the Digital Rebel and on 6/10/2004 I still hadn't heard anything about my order. Sent them email to cancel order and they tell me I have to call in to cancel order, BS. They want you to call in so they can try to pressure you into buying it or some overprice accessories. Their online site is laid out that way on purpose--they don't ask for your 4 digit or 3 code on your credit card when you order so that you have to call in to give them that info and that's when they try to pressure you into the overpriced accessories. I place my order w/ Onecall.com and the order shipped in less than 12hrs--now that's the way it should be. I suggest everyone to go elsewhere w/ purchase. BTW, Onecall.com was cheaper also. These guys are losers. Plain and simple.

Great prices and great items. Love the fact that they let you pick up items in person. They don't rip you off on S/H like other places.
About to order from them again.
