I live in Dubai ,United Arab Emirates in Asia Continent , I found Discount Watchstore on the web and was attracted by their watch collection and prices but was hesitant to buy from them because of worries about the security passing my credit card information over the net and service.

I wrote them an e-mail expecting to receive the reply after 24 to 48 hours as per my past experience with other merchants, I was surprised to see their prompt response re-assuring my worries with step by step guide how to process order on line.

I decided to give it a try and bought my first watch and received it within 3 days with thank you message , reward points program , free insurance and extra security insurance about theft of my accounts.

I thought all these good things were part of marketing hype for new comers and wondered why these people care so much about an overseas customer with less than $200 Order . I decided to try them again and by now I have made multiple purchases and can attest the level of service and care where constant all the way as if first time.

In one of my transactions, I received the wrong watch , I reported and was immediately assured of replacement and coverage of all costs i incurred (Custom and shipping charges) and they did. I think they made a loss on this deal .

In another Transaction I found a better price on Amazon , they responded with 4 % Lower Price and the deal was done.

I will not steer wrong anybody but for me Discount Watchtsore are my preferred merchant for watches from USA and wish they sell Ipads and Iphones too.
