Horrible cs. I called macconnection to order a touchpad. Was on hold for 35 mins when their system simply dropped my call. I logged on and ordered online. Called my cousin who was still on hold. While talking to him, the cs rep came on the phone and took his order. She told me that I was all set with my online order. His order shipped, my order got cancelled. No notification for days. I ended up calling to check and they told me then. No concern. This is the last time I ever shop with them.
