Return shipping you do not pay for when we accidentally ship you the wrong item - that is our fault and we take the hit. However, we can only refund you if you send it back to us as advised in the guidelines for returning on our website (must be shipped ground postal and we need a copy of the receipt). Send us the receipt and we will gladly refund you for the return shipping.
In order for our return department to remain efficient we have a process that we must go by. It normally takes 3-5 business days to completely process the return, however, on our website we advise 7-10 business days just in case.
