I had a terrible experience with my order. After waiting 4 weeks I contacted your business to inquire when I could expect my rugs. I was told that the delivery was canceled The woman on the phone told me I was sent numerous messages alerting me of the cancelation. This was untrue. When filling out the USA Rugs web sight order, there was a problem with the sight accepting my card. The same night I tried again with the same card and your company accepted the card.
After I told your employee this, she said your company had rejected the card again. I asked could I order the rug with her on the phone, and she told me not at this time. I thought that strange.
I again filled out an order form for the same rug and I checked after 2 weeks when I could expect my rug. There had been no charge on my card for the last 2 months from your company. This was June 25, 2012.
Disgusted with the customer service and web sight of your company, I ordered a rug today from another company.
I now receive this email asking of my experience with your store, and it looks like you have charged me for the rug.
Please cancel my order as I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I received from Rugs USA.
