Called Herman street and they said I was entitled to a free upgrade. Upgrade was successful. Contacted other company for a refund no telephone number to contact must E-mail them. Still waiting. In the meantime Herman Street answers your call quickly and takes care of your problems. They also replies to your E-mail questions in a couple hours.
