“The following is an email from the Education Sales Manager of Avid regarding the Sibelius software purchased by quirkycolleen:
The product is fully-functional immediately, and they have 30 days to provide the info that Identit-E requires. They should be able to use the software right now, so I don't know why they would say they can't use it.
Creation Engine has also tried to contact the client in order to help her with any registration problems she might be having, but the client has not replied back.”
