I agree with all of the bad reviews here. Don't buy from this vendor. I've bought 3 helicopters from them, 2 worked fine so I didn't have a reason to contact them but the 3rd didn't work. Don't bother trying to contact them. Your emails are never returned and I got nothing but a busy signal when I tried calling (several times). Do yourself a favor, if there's an RC chopper you want, don't give in to the cheaper price offered at Xheli. Buy from a local vendor where you can resolve problems if they arise because Xheli is a lost cause. AVOID!!!!
