Do not do business with this company. They take way to long to process orders. I ordered a new 1500 dollar system on January 15th with an expectation of shipping on February 1st. After one week of no movement on the order page, I contacted them to find out what the heck is going on. They could give me no good explanation other than I should refer to the expected order processing time of 15 business days. Almost all of my communication with this company was extremely difficult. No one really wants to speak with you. They take 24 hours to respond to email. They respond to no inquires from the general sales email address. Today I asked to speak with the manager of the sales team. I discovered the person processing my order, Peter Lu, was the sales manager. When I asked to speak with his boss, he indicated he had no boss. He is apparently unsupervised and answers to no one. Which explains the crappy customer service skills. When I indicated my desire to cancel my order, he way more than happy to do it. He was more happy to cancel my order than to attempt to keep me as a customer. I will never do business with this company ever again. I will also be tell my friends to avoid this company as well.

Our records indicate you cancelled the order and the credit was processed to the original method of purchase. Once the credit is processed, it may take 2-4 days for the credit to clear.
