All my packages were sent and they arrived on time.

But also is true the following...

This online store (that only has as communication channel an email address) leaves too much to be desired... it is like buying completely blind without any security feeling... and as a customer that I am, I didn't feel safe about where i was putting my money becuase they don't have a PHONE number o phisical address. In adittion in its website, the "Live Chat" is alwaya closed 24x7.

My recomendation to allpcdeals... is that they have to place more options to give to their customers more and better feeling of security to make bussines.

oh, i almost forget it, they billed to my credit card an out of stock item that was in my order... so i have a store credit :) by 149 $... I'm gonna use it to buy another couples of products... bet it.
