It was a fairly simple process. I ordered it online, received a pick up notification within 10 minutes, went over to the store and picked up the 32-inch Samsung HDTV.

This place is a scam site; buyers beware. I ordered a Playstation 3 Slim from them after seeing a Bing cash back referral for 25% off. Right when I finished my order, Bank of America detected a "compromised system with a third-party merchant" and had to change my account number--although the old card still works for another week to finish all transactions. Paypal couldn't continue with the payment, and eToys.com canceled my order. I could order from them again, but without the 25% Bing cash back. Stay away from this merchant like the plague.

I purchased five hard drives through Amazon.com and their guarantee is a lie. They did not have their merchant honor what was advertised. They just canceled my order. I really expected more from Amazon.com. I shop from them a lot, but this will make me think twice about ordering from their merchants again. I am sorely disappointed with Amazon.com as they did not even bother to make things right or compensate my time and effort.

I purchased five hard drives from this vendor and they canceled it citing that they put in the wrong prices and it was mixed up with a card reader. Sorry, I do not deal with online retailers with such excuses. Bait and switch tactics and not honoring their prices is their mistake, not mine. I cannot recommend this merchant to anyone and I would tell everyone to avoid this online retailer at all cost.

The price for the Playstation 3 was great and the shipping was fast. No complaint about their website.

On an unrelated topic to the purchase, but to Dell's customer support/extended warranty nonetheless. Be sure to NOT get their extended warranty. I have a 3-year extended warranty on my Inspiron 1520 and when my extended life battery died; their customer support was of no help at all. They said the battery wasn't part of the extended warranty and offered to sell me an inferior 6-cell battery for more than an extended life OEM battery I found off another internet merchant--which I found completely ridiculous.

I purchased a 32-inch XBR6 LCD HDTV from them and the experience has been completely delightful. The shipping was fast, the price was great, and anyway I had to do via phone went without a hitch. I would gladly buy from them again.

I purchased two Hitachi notebook hard drives from TigerDirect. The price was good, the shipping was fast, and there has been no problems so far.

The shipping was $1.99 because I purchased within a certain price range so it was cheap, but otherwise it would have been expensive. They should consider free shipping as their competitors usually include free shipping with their computer parts.

I ordered some items from DealExtreme and everything was satisfactory with the exception of the shipping time--it took roughly 3 weeks to receive it; shipping was free, however.

I ordered a NDS Lite Stylus 5-pack and got them pretty quickly. Other than the missing Nintendo logo, they're pretty much the same as the original; better yet, they're much more secure inside the NDS Lite than the originals because the little notch is slightly pointier.

This website is great to purchase video games for a few bucks cheaper than other places. The business seems a bit more casual than Best Buy, Circuit City, or Gamestop, but they're reputable nonetheless.

I pre-ordered two Playstation 3 games from Video Game Central and they arrived undamaged and within reasonable time.

On top of that, they take the time to call you personally to make sure there are no fraudulent orders being billed on your card.

I'd gladly shop at Video Game Central again.

I ordered a monitor for a Christmas present for my mom. I'm glad I used Google Checkout so I did not have to deal with them directly. They canceled my order and said the item was discontinued. I will never shop from those scam artists again--bait and switch tactics are frowned upon. Google should definitely not affiliate themselves with SuperWarehouse any longer.

I ordered a notebook hard drive and a CPU cooler. They were easy to find on their website and the prices were attractive so I snatched them up. A confirmation email came quickly and it was shipped right away. I got the package within their ETA so I'm happy. Everything works as it should and I'll be checking ZipZoomFly regularly for computer parts.

UPDATE: I canceled my order with Buy.com because I found it available on CircuitCity.com. I purchased it there, waited for confirmation--which came almost instantly--and then canceled my Buy.com purchase. The bundle came within 3 days of being shipped. In the future I'll avoid Buy.com's pre-order items.

I pre-ordered the MGS 4 Bundle from them because they were one of the first places to accept pre-orders. One would think that means they have more time to accumalate the product for the customers especially since they only took pre-orders for one and a half days.
I should have known that it was not going to end well since the information on the website challenged other vendors--they claimed the 80GB PlayStation 3 does not have any backwards compatibility; they also claimed that the manufacturer is THQ Inc. But I've ordered from them before without many problems--this is my first and last time pre-ordering with Buy.com.

I emailed them several times, the first time they claimed that since it was still under pre-order I would have to wait--I emailed them on the 13th, the release date is on the 12th. I emailed them a second time on the 14th, which they replied on the 17th saying that the pre-order is now back-ordered.

This poses a big problem since I am leaving the country in a week and the address it's being sent to will not be monitored. I emailed them my situation and they replied, "Oh you can change your shipping address on FUTURE orders, but ones that have been placed cannot be changed." Why not? The item is now considered "back-ordered" one can change the shipping address without any problems. If my shipment gets stolen, there is going to be hell to raise.

Now I'm stuck with them because all other vendors are sold out. Last time I will pre-order with Buy.com. They're pretty reputable for small $10-$80 items, but big items and pre-orders; they fail, big time.
