Great product selection, but... no indication of whether items are in stock or not before ordering. Customer service is inconsistent and unprofessional at times, though generally well meaning. Previous order with out of stock items I was assured that the order wouldn't actually get billed until it shipped, but most recent order billed even though one item was back-ordered.
