Like most of the folks who have posted on this forum, I too am a victim of fraud after ordering fans from the Nexfan.com website.
ME:Hello,
I ordered your
Titan VANESSA NK25TB/SC(RB) 120mm Universal Cooling Fan with Heatsink
on april the 10th.
Your system was having a problem transfering me over to paypal.
So I went ahead and entered all my information (shipping, creditcard, ect..) with you guys.
then I could not get a printout of my transaction recept.
here it is April the 23rd and I have not received my cooling fan yet.
But I already have my cpu that I ordered from newegg.com the same day.
what information do you need to trackdown and see if the order even went thru?
