BUT IS DOUBLE that of Comcast!<br><br>The Hot Spot modem is always connected; just click on your web browser and it opens. <br><br>Billing is not customer friendly. Auto debit from your checking account\/debit\/credit card is required. IF your payment cannot be processed on the due date, your modem services are HALTED until your payment is received. There is a difficult-to-find button on one of the payment pages that allows continued use of services, without effecting payment; or a partial ($5.00 min) payment. Buyer beware. A labor intense waste of time. Just switched to CLEAR wire with the hotspot modem. Just open your browser and instant\/constant connection. What a relief compared to Sprint.<br> Dropped calls EVERY day. Customer service is a joke; both in billing and tech support.<br>Closed out a 2nd cell phone just to reduce the monthly bill. Letting both cell phone and modem go unpaid; will contest the bill once it is sent to collection. <br><br>Anyone starting a CLASS ACTION suit?
