I can't say enough good things about this company's service and support, both prior to and after purchase. I bought a Sprint Sierra Compass modem through them. Sprint had rejected my rebate application soon after purchase and the customer service rep from 3G took over and dealt directly with Sprint, with the end result that I did get the rebate.

Yesterday, I called tech support and spoke with Ed. I had recently bought a Macbook Pro and had trouble getting the Sierra modem to connect to the internet. I spent a negligible time on hold before he picked up. He was extremely patient, knowledgable and helpful. After an hour of trying various fixes, he and I were able to get it up and running.

Clearly this company has the right philosophy and performance as noted by their highest rating, which is completely well deserved.

I was very impressed with this company. Very efficient system for communicating and delivering just what I ordered. I forgot to remove my lens filter and they shipped it back immediately upon receiving it. I will definitely order from them again when the opportunity arises.
