I ordered a laptop on microcenter.com on 12/6. I never received a confirmation of shipping or anything. I called them on 12/14 to check on the order, since it was a Christmas gift. I was informed that the order was going to be shipped that day. Today (12/20) I received a phone call from them, informing me that they "cancelled" my order because it was a limited stock item - which was not disclosed when I purchased the laptop. Now I have to do a last minute run around to find another laptop.

I hope it was worth it Microcenter - you've lost another customer. Horrible service. I don't see how they are still in business.
