I ordered a custom safe from homelandsafes.com in September. They were the least expensive place I could find for a large safe (72x60x27 inches). The staff was very friendly and helpful in the order process. It took a couple weeks for the safe to be built and it was shipped via UPS freight. The safe arrived well packaged without any damage. The safe was exactly what I ordered except they upgraded the lock for free (from a dial to a digital lock). All the extra options were included as ordered. The safe was in excellent shape, no scratches, chips or any problems with the paint job. I was very happy with the service and product and would highly recommend homelandsafes.com to others.

I have used amazon.com for a number of years, and have had their prime membership for 3 or 4 years now. I have been happy with their service and prices. The prime mebership is a great deal if you buy a lot of things on line. I live out in the country a little, so most stores are 10-20 miles away. I find in much easier to order even little things on line (like batteries, pens, coffee) through amazon and get the free 2 day shipping with my prime membership. My wife and I have made probably 100-200 purchases through amazon and never had any problems.

I placed my first order with volumerate.com a couple weeks ago. They have some very good prices for items needed in quantity. The order was very easy and they kept me updated on the status of the order. It took about 8 days for my order to be packaged, shipped and delivered. I consider that fairly quick service for a product being shipped from China. Overall, I was very happy with the service, product, and price.

This is an update to my original review. I had an iPhone repair done through restoredoctors.com (now milliamp.com) in November 2009. The service was fast. They diagnosed my problem, replaced the LCD screen and shipped the unit back to me quickly.

I had one minor issue with the repair, but can now say they have great customer service as well. The company owner contacted me directly to offer assistance and make sure the issue was fully resolved.

I will definitely use them again for any future service and recommend them highly to friends/family.

I have waited more than 4 weeks for an item listed as "in stock" to ship. After the order was placed they sent an email asking to wait 7-10 days. That was 3 weeks ago. I sent an e-mail asking for an update last week, they simply replied with a generic e-mail asking to wait another 7-10 days. They have kept the "in stock" listing on the item the entire time.

I guess the moral of the story is not to believe they really have anything you order "in stock" and don't bother to order from them unless you cannot find the item anywhere else or don't mind waiting a couple months or longer for your item.
